Ingredients (makes about 2 cups):
- 12 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Slowly beat in the sugar, mix until combined. Use right away. If the frosting is too soft, refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
